Sorry dude, all the lights are red at this intersection.
Sadly, I agree. There are other possible explanations, but I'm afraid occam's razor (http://pespmc1.vub.ac.be/OCCAMRAZ.html) applies here. ;)

Why not just set Chrome's tab settings to open all links in a new tab? Or get an add-on if that setting isn't in Chrome by default?

Neither party is very effective at this point.... :(
Somewhere a few pages back there is a thread accusing the Republicans of being domestic terrorists. Reality is, both parties gleefully sodomize the 99% ("middle class" and below), the Ds are just a little more sly and subtle about it. And history would suggest that Rs are no strangers to sodomy, just to vaseline.

1. Real men ride Harleys.
And Mac users consider themselves as computer savy, LOL! They prefer a simple OS that a monkey could use. Now that's savy.
No, that's smart. ;)
And that's the genius behind that OS.

at&t will know what your doing at all times:eek:
While I'm worried about the government, I'm more concerned about the corporations who would use my information.
Considering how corporations screwed up when it came to administering home loans, you think they'll do any better with your private information?
Talk about a bad idea.
So the fact that AT&T can currently know everything about you from miles away is ok, but if they add a chip that works for 30 or 40 feet...that's a problem?

after all this hype if iOS 5 is just a small improvement that would be ludicrous.
How long have you been reading MR?
Unbelievable hype/expectations and constant disappointment when these expectations don't meet our delusions is what drives this site!

I actually have a similar caliper in my office as we use it quite often for precise measurements (seriously). I checked out my white phone that I received on Saturday. Mine had various readings around the phone from 0.373 to 0.378, but none were 0.0370. Of course I have not calibrated it in a while.
I went and measured one of my employee's black phones and it measured from about 0.375 to 0.378.
So I really do no more than just muddy the issue.
So the question of importance seems to be where this becomes an issue for cases. Otterbox is clearly concerned about it as they have posted something on their website about it. I'm sure they don't want a million returns.

I would like this implemented for this reason:
If i wanted to watch something via AirPlay and my Apple TV, I would have to switch my input on my receiver, have the Apple TV load up, then stream the content from my Idevice.
If I could stream from my phone or Ipad with out having to change anything on my receiver or tv input, this would be amazing for me!

No. A car that gets 50mpg is likely much lighter than a car that gets 8mpgs... and hence doesn't put near as much wear on the road
Agreed, but 6.25 (50/8) times as much 'damage'???
Highly doubtful it's even twice as much 'damage'. An extra 1000lbs rolling along on the same type of rubber tires isn't going to increase wear all that much.
Based completely on wear-and-tear on highways I still say that a gas tax is unfair. And this is why the the US is struggling for tax dollars to fund highway repair and upgrade projects these days.

The older models aren't being produced anymore.
Understood, but there is no "Pro" version of this new one, so I'm not sure where you were going with that.

Why do you live there? It sounds an awful lot like you are blaming someone else for the poor choices you've made.
Since the other thread was closed, i decided to reply to your ignorance in this thread. I hope you realize how ignorant you sound. Who the hell are you to judge my choices and decide i've made poor choices? Do you know my circumstances? No. Maybe i live in my parents house, maybe i don't go to a university but a community college instead. No dorms at community colleges. I live 20 minutes away from it. By your logic nobody should ever live in the suburbs. What an idiotic remark.

Or maybe people who simply prefer the 320 over the 3000?
I like to do some light gaming on-the-go, and while I have my M11x for that, I mostly carry around my Air now.
Before you tell me that the 3000 isn't as bad as I make it out to be, I have a 2011 13" Pro (i7-2.7/4/HD3000). CODMW2 on Medium settings on that, I can barely eke out 20fps while I can get 30 on my Air (although I did slightly OC the 320M).
nice and the new MBA version of the HD IGP will be even lower clocked and the slower processor will only make it worse

And a Apple branded USB Thumb drive makes no sense cost wise! DVD makes much more sense as an installation media.
I don't think Apple will be bothered by a few bucks because Apple is the cash king.
OS media on the USB stick makes sense because it is a lot faster than DVD-ROM.

You know what? There was an ex-MTV VJ that made his own show using a Powerbook and two mics and he called it "Podcasting." There was an issue of Wired Magazine with him on the cover damn near two years ago. People were using the term "podcast" before Apple did. Apple has no right to do thsi to teh people who've made their player the most successful MP3/Portable Media device EVER.
*kicks steve jobs in the nuts for allowing this*Yes Adam Curry should own the name "Podcast" since he is the one that coined the term.

Another event, yet another disappointment.
Personally all I wanted was iLife integration and from the looks of things I got that. Everything else is just a welcomed bonus.
